I passeggeri del Temple Tour Bus con l’acquisto del biglietto prendono visione e accettano i termini e le condizioni qui di seguito descritti:
Il servizio fornito dalla Società consiste nella visita della città con autobus turistici scoperti su due percorsi predefiniti (linea A e linea B) nella modalità “sali e scendi” (hop-
Il servizio si effettua tutti i giorni incluse le domeniche e le festività infrasettimanali e non ha luogo nei mesi caratterizzati da rigori invernali e nelle giornate con condizioni metereologiche avverse. Nell’ipotesi di impossibilità ad espletare e/o ultimare il servizio per avverse condizioni meteo i passeggeri non avranno diritto ad alcun rimborso e/o risarcimento.
A bordo è possibile usufruire di un commentario nelle seguenti lingue: Italiano, Inglese, Francese, Tedesco, Spagnolo.
Tutte le comunicazioni da inviare alla Società potranno essere inoltrate in lingua italiana o alternativamente in lingua inglese.

Il passeggero può acquistare il biglietto nella sola forma elettronica sul sito www.templetourbusagrigento.com, a bordo, presso i punti vendita.
Il passeggero dovrà presentare il biglietto elettronico stampato all’autista del Temple Tour Bus al punto d’imbarco preferito dal passeggero.
Anche se il contenuto del sito è disponibile nelle varie lingue, l’e-
Il passeggero deve conservare il biglietto ed esibirlo all’autista ogni qualvolta sale a bordo dei nostri autobus, non saranno emessi biglietti in sostituzione.
Prezzi, orari e percorsi possono subire modifiche.
VALIDITA‘
Il biglietto dà diritto al passeggero ad utilizzare entrambe le linee del Temple Tour Bus per la data di validità indicata nel biglietto. Con lo stesso biglietto è possibile usufruire delle linee del servizio urbano gestito dalla TUA Srl. La Società non risponde di cancellazioni e/o deviazioni di percorso non dipendenti dalla propria volontà né di ritardi causati dal traffico, scioperi e/o manifestazioni, pertanto nei seguenti casi non sarà effettuato nessun rimborso.
BAMBINI
I bambini sotto i 4 anni possono viaggiare gratis, se accompagnati da un adulto.
SICUREZZA
La Società si riserva il diritto di rifiutare l’accesso a bordo in assenza di posti liberi al fine di non compromettere la sicurezza dei passeggeri.
Per motivi di sicurezza i passeggeri sono tenuti a rimanere seduti quando l’autobus è in movimento e con le cinture di sicurezza allacciate. A bordo sono vietate le seguenti azioni: sporgersi, fumare, consumare alcolici, gettare rifiuti ed ogni altra azione che possa arrecare danno agli stessi passeggeri e/o a terzi. Nell’ipotesi in cui dovessero essere violate tali prescrizioni la Società declina qualunque responsabilità per i danni ai passeggeri e/o a terzi.
La Società non sarà responsabile per la perdita di eventuali oggetti lasciati incustoditi a bordo.

Passengers on the Temple Tour Bus purchasing the e-ticket acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions below:
The service provided by the Company consists of a sightseeing tour of the city on open-top “hop-on/hop-off “ buses following two fixed routes (A and B).
The service operates daily, including Sundays and public holidays, but not in the winter months and on rainy days. In case the service is cancelled or interrupted because of bad weather the ticket cannot be refunded.
On board there are commentaries available in 5 languages: Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
All communication to Temple Tour Bus has to be in Italian or in English.
E-TICKETS
Passengers can purchase their e-ticket on the website www.templetourbusagrigento.com, on board, and at authorized selling points.
They will need to print the e-ticket and show it to the bus driver at any boarding point.
Though the website is in several languages, the e-ticket will only be in English.
As replacements will not be issued, passengers should keep their ticket safe and show it every time they board.
The Company reserves the right to vary prices, timetables and routes.
TICKET VALIDITY
The ticket entitles the passengers to use both routes of the Temple Tour Bus for the date of validity indicated on the ticket. With the same ticket passengers can use the urban bus service operated by TUA Srl. The Company cannot be held liable for cancellations, and/or changes to the routes, or for delays caused by traffic, strikes and /or demonstrations. In case of events beyond the company’s control the cost of the ticket cannot be refunded.
CHILDREN
Children under 4 travel for free. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
BUS SAFETY
At peak times, the Company reserves the right to refuse access on board when no free seats are available in order not to compromise the passengers’ safety.
All passengers are required to remain seated with their seat belts fastened while the bus is in motion.
On board the passengers must not lean out of the window, smoke, consume alcohol, throw trash and perform any other actions that may harm themselves and/or third parties. The company is not responsible for damages caused by irresponsible behavior.
The Company will not be liable for any loss of personal property left unattended on board.
